How the team at Anarchy Labs redesigned a luxury real estate website with Next.js, IDX Broker API integration, admin portal, and AI-friendly architecture.

Short answer
Alif Realty is a luxury real estate brokerage. We redesigned their website from the ground up: a new homepage, about page with founder bios, editorial project grid, simplified contact form, IDX Broker integration for live listings, and an admin portal the client can manage themselves.
The brief
Alif Realty needed a website that matched their brand: luxury real estate with a Mediterranean aesthetic. The old site had stock imagery, a confusing navigation, and no way for the client to update content themselves. Every text change required a developer.
What we built
A full-stack website for a luxury real estate brokerage, redesigned from the ground up to match the Alif brand and give the client full control over their content.
The homepage introduces both the brokerage and development arms with a clean editorial layout, animated metrics, and clear conversion paths. The about page shows the team with interactive profiles. The projects section presents the portfolio in a structured grid that adapts across devices.
IDX Broker integration
Live property listings fetched via the IDX Broker API, rendered in Alif branding. The integration pulls Buy, Rent, and Sell listings through separate tabs, matching the IDX data structure.
Admin portal
A settings page where the client can manage site configuration without touching code. Protected with authentication and backed by PostgreSQL. The client controls their own content and business settings.
My role
I was part of the team at Anarchy Labs. I worked on the homepage redesign, the projects grid, the contact form updates, the WhatsApp button with its admin-configurable backend, and the settings page with database migrations.
The AI angle
Real estate marketing is moving toward AI-driven property matching, chatbots for lead qualification, and automated listing descriptions. The IDX integration we built is the foundation for that. The next step is connecting an AI layer that can answer "Show me 3-bedroom apartments under 500K near downtown" and return filtered IDX results. The website is the front door. The AI is the concierge. For more on optimizing for AI search, see my GEO playbook. The full case study is at Alif Realty project.
Tech stack
- Next.js with TypeScript
- IDX Broker API for property listings
- PostgreSQL with migrations for site_settings
- Auth-protected admin API routes
- Floating WhatsApp button with admin configuration
Results
The redesigned site launched on Netlify with a clean, luxury aesthetic that matches the Alif brand. The client can now manage their own content and WhatsApp settings without touching code. The IDX integration pulls live listings directly into the site.
